
BTC/ USDT SWAP - HANDSHAKE SOP
(A/B Test&Insurance protocol)
1 PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT
1.1 Both parties — USDT TRC20/ERC20 provider (Buyer) and BTC Provider (seller)— agree that this SOP governs the full verification and transaction process for the BTC/USDT Swap.
1.2 All operations must comply with AML/CFT regulations.
1.3 Every transaction under this SOP is covered by Insurance .
2 . HANDSHAKE PROCESS OVERVIEW
STEP 1 - A/B TEST(verification stage)
1. Buyer submits a USDT(ERC20/TRC20)wallet - A address (Non-Exchange with balance over 20M USDT with less than 100 transactions) and USDT(ERC20/TRC20)wallet - B (Zero balance and Zero transactions) along with BTC Receiving wallet (Zero balance and Zero transactions)
2. Seller provides the BTC sending wallet-A and BTC Receiving wallet-B for the A/B verification process and provides an AB-Test code to the buyer.
3. Buyer conducts an A/B Test with AB-Test code of the seller and send the pictures within the wallet Before and After transaction, along with transaction hash, in order to be to verified:

On-chain traceability

Live wallet activity
4. Buyer provides an AB-Test code to the seller.
5. Seller conducts an A/B Test with AB-Test code of the buyer to verify:

Address ownership
-
On-chain traceability
-
Live wallet activity
6. Upon success, both parties acknowledge and approve the tests in writing or by video confirmation.
STEP2 - HANSHAKE-SATOSHI TEST (validation stage)
1. Seller obtains a Cyber Insurance Ticket Number before the main BTC transfer.
2. Seller provides to the buyer Handshake code and Handshake receiving wallet.
3. Buyer sends a Handshake transaction with the Handshake code (test amount set by Seller) and provides Hash-ID and screenshots
(before and after).
4. Seller confirms receipt and validation of the Handshake.
5. After insurance confirmation Seller sends a Satoshi test transaction (1BTC) to Buyer’s verified BTC receiving wallet.
6. Buyer confirms receipt on-chain, providing Hash-ID and screenshot evidence.
7. Seller records the transaction hash and confirmation internally.
8. Once validated, both parties agree to proceed with the insured main transaction.
STEP3 - INSURED BTC TRANSFER (Execution stage)
1. Upon confirmation of received Satoshi (1BTC), Buyer sends the agreed USDT equivalent (less 3%) to Seller’s USDT receiving wallet.
2. Seller confirms receipt of USDT and authorizes release of the full tranches in according the tranches plan and seller always sends BTC first.
3. Parties can sign Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
3. DOCUMENTATION & COMPLIANCE
3.1 CIS and KYC documents are exchanged only after successful A/B Test and Satoshi verification.
3.2 Both parties must retain:

Transaction hashes
-
Written/video confirmations for compliance and audit purposes.
4. INSURANCE TERMS
4.1 All BTC movements are insured.
4.2 Each operation receives a unique Insurance Ticket Number issued by the Seller.
5 . CONFIRMATION & EXECUTION
5.1 This SOP becomes final and binding once both parties sign or confirm it digitally via secure communication.
5.2 Execution begins immediately after:

Successful completion of the A/B Test, and

Confirmation of the HS according to the Insurance Ticket Number
